So the world today is a wonderful place but things were just so awful in 2002 if I'm reading LIG right? Mish might think we've been in a deflationary spiral since the GB 41 became president<g> I dunno anything but costs of living keep spiraling out of control and most folks getting squeezed like nothing I've ever seen.

Make money and be healthy and happy I say. Lots of RE bulls who didn't see that bubble and who took foolish chances like the private equity guys today are getting their head handed to them lately.. GE and Intel breakouts along with no selloff on post options expiration on Monday keeps the bulls in charge unless the market shows me otherwise..amazing.. It is like Howie Mandels "Deal or no Deal" in the end.. Keep taking those suitcases off the board as long as you got a 100% chance of a very high numbered case still on the board after you get done and Howie gets that call from his 'banker'
