I don't think he was pointing at me but the eternal doom and gloomers out there who always see the glass has half empty no matter what. I agree it is good to keep an open mind as anything is possible. I liked your post on the turnaround in Detroit. A doom and gloomer would say RE in California Scks cause it is overvalued and also scks in Detroit cause it is too cheap and a current demographic hell.. Some see opportunity and have vision. Same with the casino called the stock market which I trust less the longer and longer I am involved with it so playing defense when wrong is paramount to staying in the game..
