Here's a section of the filing of interest to me:
"...For example, the closing price of the shares of common stock as reported on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board on June 18, 2007 was $0.013 per share (thus, the Reverse Split may result in a price of $0.013 per share although no guarantees can be given that the price would remain at this level). In addition, the resulting reduction in the number of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock will provide the Company with additional authorized but unissued shares which could be utilized for future acquisitions or mergers or to otherwise carry out the Company's business objectives."

So what I read from this and what follows is that after the reverse spit takes place, the dilution may continue unabated with the additional 900,000,000+ shares. Am I right? Furthermore, there is no guarantee that the stock will come back to us at .07+. Looks like a typical company play to me, but I'm no authority, so it's all my opinion. If I were new to ACHI, I would the waves coming in on this beach very closely before diving in.
