i doubt they count all the elderly etc that do not have access to health care that can extend lives, or to drugs that can extend lives. i doubt people waiting for several months for cancer treatments etc are considered deaths in their health system because they wouldn't have been one some kind of treatment program rather they would have been on some long waiting list. It was interesting for example to find Vancouver just got a robot to do operations.. Canada has three of them in the country. Oh, did i mention the robot that Vancouver got was a donation from private citizens.

People buy McMansions in order to maintain their sanity when raising kids. Because, it's not just your kids, it's the dozens and dozens of neighbors kids who run around your house on a weekly basis that can drive you insane! Europeans don't need homes like that, because they rarely have more than 2 children. Communities are also smaller, so the average number of kids who can invade your home is miniscule in comparison. Off to search the Connecticut countryside for a McMansion with horse farm in the hope that space will help! :-) Best, Mike
