Iktomi, we have here a example of confusing self interest for ethics.
Maurice is inventing a philosophy of life to accomodate his desire to make money.

This is not an insult to maurice.what he is doing is not at all unusual....in fact he is doing what all humans do to justify their actions ,to themselves and others.

What do you mean "we"? Please speak for yourself: <we are given to carnage to enslave others, we just do it bureaucratically and systematically, and it's less noticeable than head hacking- but it probably hurts a lot more people. >
