We do not know for a fact if someone else would have waged a war or not. It is only our perception that they would have or would not have...it is not as if any of us know these people. How much do the decisions personally affect my life? Good question. Would my life be different if other Americans were selected? I do not think it would be terribly affected. I do not know how it would change how I live my life or enjoy it. People really do not think about this enough,,,and they assume like it is a life or death thing...it is emotions, not reality.
