There have been some voices raised that the we are nearing a constitutional crisis. That's not true.

That much is correct, but the continuation to "we are in a constitutional crisis" isn't.

Every television station that wastes a minute on celebrity gossip, is complicit in the destruction of democracy.

Talk about over the top hyperbole.
