They will sell them all as the drawing day nears. It's like overlays on poker tournaments. There used to be some where every dollar in entry fee from the players was going to earn an average amount that was often $1.25 to $2. Now, those tournaments have either been cancelled or they have totally lost their overlays or the overlay covers the fee or a little less that the fee. Word gets out and the greedy, they will show up.
