What do you do when the driver pulls away, attack him?

LOL! They're hoping you will, thereby causing an accident for which even more fines can be assessed against the driver and you, the passenger. You'll be driving on beautiful blacktops in no time with not a pothole in sight. [Yeah, right.]

Those examples seem off to me. I haven't been focused on DUI issues because I don't drink. I can't relate to those numbers. All I know about drinking is that I wouldn't be safe doing it after half a glass of wine. I'd be somewhere between silly giggling and curled up somewhere asleep.

You're the one that told me that going 20 mph over the speed limit was considered reckless driving. I didn't know that because I have never been much of a speeder. It's just that speeds have increased so much around there and you really need to be going the same speed as everyone else to be safe so I have sped up a lot. That and the fact that cars are so much better now than they used to be. You can easily go 80 without being aware of going fast. I once found myself at nearly 100 in my previous car, the Acura RL, and was startled by the ease of it. I don't think that would happen in my Accord but 80 comes on easily. Gonna have to be careful. I've never in my life been stopped by a cop, or even looked at funny, even before I switched from sports cars to sedans. Probably wouldn't know what to do. Sure wouldn't want to pay four figures for the infraction.
