Housing was balanced back then. Today it is a mess. Many other sectors seem to be interesting growth areas. Others with new up cycles after going through their own mess lasting most of this decade. If the market heads south in a major way it doesn't matter what stocks you own even my beloved Chinese Solar or Semiconductors.. Quick sharp downturns followed by fast reversals would mean you are right to stay on a bullish tone overall. I will go out on a limb and say anything is possible except a housing recovery in the near term<g>
