A lot of us picked the top in Real Estate. To a T. Mish gets a lot of his info second hand from a guy that's not far from me in Stuart. And I know the RE market here as well as anyone.

While Mish was good with the RE market over the last couple years he's been wrong about interest rates (said they were going lower), the stock market (going lower), deflation and oil prices (said they were heading for $40). But who's counting. I do enjoy his blogs.
