"Bush Doctrine of Justice: Law and order for American workers, the poor and minorities. Commuted sentences for Republicrooks and corporations and illegal aliens." Don't know what they do in Houston but in hawaii and Calif they are just let off with a wink and a nod, if that. Who wants to pay for incarcerating non citizens or even to try chasing them down for a fine collection?

Bush and Libby both graduated from Phillips Andover Academy and Yale. (So did L. Paul Bremer.) Libby will be pardoned eventually. Why do we never hear anyone--Republican or Democratic--call for a constitutional amendment to restrict or do away with the president's right to pardon? It seems like the very wealthy are the major beneficiaries.
