You too. I'm about done with it though. Too much propoganda on all sides and I find many don't know what they are talking about since they never lived it like we did.

Still seems like the bagholders of property and or mortgages that need to be marked down is going to be a big story. Builders coming down because of it. No telling which if any financials are the next to collapse. This is all a far cry from a consumer lead debt cleansing deflationary collapse from housing many predicted.

For me now there is just too much opportunity (and fun<g>) now doing real world deals since all the funny money and new age speculators are gone. Supply/demand heavily in our favor again..Time to be an entrepreneurial risk taker again rather than arm chair economist?
