Why all the angst towards Murphy, it's Turek that took all your money. I can't see how you can rationalize all the lies that came from Turek, nothing ever did materialize from any promise he made. If you can't recognize and accept this loss the market will forever beat you, since there are so many shark CEO types like Turek lurking.

I'm not a lawyer, but no way in hell will the motions to depose be quashed. Why are you afraid the truth will finally be told about what you as a shareholder really own? About where your money was really spent? Hello?!
