It will cost some money but probably less than the Iraq "adventure".

Probably true - at least in terms of tax payer funding - I never understand funding public companies making record profits like the oil industry or the drug industry.
Governments role should be to clear the way of regulations and perform standard setting not building the basic infrastructure (roads being an exception).


Except that we have already "found" it
