Yes.

Private clinics that charge people money are popping up in England. The native English doctors that want to make money seem to be the ones running them. Third world doctors that want a better life seem to be migrating to England to work for the socialized health care system. Would you rather be treated by someone with whom there is little risk of miscommunication?

Have you experience with the health care industry in the UK?

I have and it's incredibly efficient. I had no complaints about the health care I was given while living there and in some respects I found it better than in the US.
