About 10% of Clinton's pardons were beyond the pale. But he was not pardoning criminals who supposedly worked for us in The White House, whose sole, real job was to keep Dumbya and the Veep from going to jail. The Marc Rich pardon was sick. But pardoning Libby was a ticket for true believers in idiocy to stonewall those who try to investigate their crooked gang.

I actually think Bush may have a high IQ. He is more willfully ignorant than born stupid. Maybe not in the Clinton or Kennedy range, but right up there with Ford and Reagan and Coolidge.
