Triff....WHY should any public utility or private company build any nuclear plant or refinery BEFORE they have the total approval of the Greenies? The Greenies are the very ones who have stopped any building of refineries for the last nearly 28 years! Who pays for all the blood sweat and tears of bringing these projects to fruition? Who pays all the legal bills, and time and effort to get the job done? Either the Citizens of the US stand up and say LOUDLY, we want these projects built, then it will continue to not happen.
