Very well stated. The fundamentalists then use propaganda to train a new generation that the West is responsible for their oppression.

It is amazing to me that more people won't open their eyes and see this very thing: The primary difference from Afghanistan is that Iraq (or any partitioned segment of it) has a hell of lot of wealth (oil) that could readily be funneled into some very sophisticated terrorist operations.
