Interesting to note that there is a Hitachi outpost in that Woodbury office park which is home to the REFR stock fraud (as well as the amazingly similar IDN stock fraud).

Makes me wonder if Bob and Joe treated some of the Hitachi guys to drinks at the local strip club, much as they did in Fort Lauderdale. :)

That's not even a million US dollars..

Certainly not worthy of the large move in REFR today. I think I'll short a bit here if I can find that ever elusive borrow.

Also SHLD (sears) looks like they are leading the way for the rest of retail to fall apart. I was recently in the local sears and k-mart stores (looking for patio furniture if you must know), and both stores had more employees than customers. I had the thought of shorting it that day and now my ass hurts from kicking myself so hard for not doing it. Watch out retail as I believe this is just the beginning of the retail fallout spawned by the housing slump. I would stay away from the "fad" type retail shorts but general department stores seems like they will be lowering expectations shortly.

Also had to buy a little more BIOF today. I agree with the Wex man, DNS for at least as long as that 3rd point guy is in it for 30%.
