House Vote
The House of Representatives adopted the resolution on October 10, 2002, by a vote of 296-133.

Democrats: 81
Republicans: 215

-Against-
Democrats: 126
Republicans: 6
Independent: 1

Senate Vote
The Senate adopted the resolution on October 11, 2002, by a vote of 77-23.

Democrats: 29
Republicans: 48

Democrats: 21
Republicans: 1
Independent: 1

So a majority of Democrats in the House voted against the bill. However, in the Senate, a majority of Democrats voted for the bill. Stop trying to re-write history.
