Consider that Clinton handed Bush a budget surplus, the mildest recession in modern history, no active wars going on, an effective anti-terrorism operation and a happy, prosperous and hopeful people.

Would you say HE looked in to the gift horse's mouth, and then walked around to the other end and put his head up it's ass?
