They are human. There is nothing in the nature of man that leads him to be righteous or criminal. It has to do with upbringing, societal reasons and conditions on the ground that folks find themselves in. Their behaviour is reprehensible for sure but it is human reprehensible behaviour and thats the rub. Its been this way forever. This is not really new, its just new for us and for the US. Mike

I agree with micheal. Once we dehumanize a group of people, we find it easy to broaden the definition of who should fall into that group and soon we are committing barbarous acts on innocents under the guise of them being subhuman. Its been done many times in the past, mistakes in the past that we all have learned to abhor as time moves on.
