Bush, Cheney, Rummy are responsible for sure. Franks and some of the others should have spoken up sooner or at least considered the opinions of those that did apeak up. I still remember how Powell and Shinsecki were marginalized by this admin. Neither are exactly liberal anti-war types. Nadine will chime in i am sure about how dumb those two are along with many others who have taken principled stands. She can then refer us to her guru Rush Limbaugh with all the news thats fit to blabber on about.
