I've noticed when the temperature goes up people can be more irritable (at least I've fallen into this category).

Arrogance seems like a necessity in order to play the investing game successfully. Being involved in the stock market any period of time or on the wrong side of a RE downturn should be a humbling/learning experience to counter the arrogant side of the brain<g>
