You have it backwards - as Moore's propaganda work shows. He filled it with horror stories re. American health care and depicted socialized medicine as perfect - no problems whatsoever. Anyone with a brain knows that isn't realistic.

Nationalized health care would almost certainly provide a lower standard of care for many people, particularly the elderly, who now have health insurance.
