His point is that he could care less about the thousands of Americans who have been killed in Iraq, the tens of thousands who have been wounded and the hundred thousand plus that are returning to the US with mental problems -- nor does he care about the millions of Iraqi refugees, the squalid living conditions and the daily carnage that has killed untold numbers of Iraqis. These guys are so deeply mired in their own hubris that they are still trying to sell the idea that the invasion and ocupation of Iraq is not costly in human life -- less than the average death toll in our cars and no big deal compared to military deaths over many years. It is all just an ideological game to them where anybody who trots out the ugly truth about Iraq becomes today's whipping boy for a daily does of spin.
