But it IS the issue.....you're doing the classic Nadine avoiding the issue by saying the issue is not the issue routine! If there are many c)'s which one do you see as the best?? Simple question.....

Thats a pretty broad sweeping statement. The kind of statement that might make one think you had a certain prejudice towards Arabs. What about the peace plan proposed by the Arab league at their summit in Beirut 2002?
