It may be cream filling, but there is no actual cream in it:

PS- there are still snowballs. My neighbors, who are a kick, had a nostalgia lunch box dessert tasting party. They bought one each of a zillion different snacks, carved them up, put in classy picks, and served it like a fancy party, with champagne. It was a crack up. I highly recommend it. I can't eat any of the stuff, because it all has modified food starch, but everyone else seemed to love tasting the stuff. I think the Suzie Q's were the biggest hit.

Sno Balls have become a standing joke around my house. Once it was discovered that I actually ate them on occasion during my youth, I seem to get a package of orange colored ones at Halloween and green ones at St. Patty's day. lol
