In a nutshell, reinstate pre '67 borders forming an independent Palestinian state comprising of the WB and Gaza. The new Palestinian state must formally recognize the legitimacy of its neighbor and halt all terrorist activities. The Palestinians would get a nice bonus of all those shiny new settlements (that we basically paid for) for their inconvenience over the last 40 years. This can be brokered by the US with Arab input, primarily from the Saudis and Egypt. Easy peezy, lemon squeezy......
