I would back a real war on terrorism, but killing alone works against you, not for you. If you wanted to spread terrorism all over the world, the fastest way to do it would be to kill terrorists and do nothing else. For every terrorist you kill two take their place. The roots of terror run deep -- and until you accept that the roots cannot be killed by our military you are only feeding the problem. However, if it was part of a real strategy embedded in a real foreign policy, I would support doing what is needed to make the world a safer place.
