My guess is that BRCM has been 'had' by Verizon. I would bet that BRCM sees very little of that $200MM.

QCOM should go after NOK now tooth and nail for their infringements of QCOM GSM/EDGE patents.

They are already going after Nokia "tooth and nail" for those patents (probably more than a dozen lawsuits worldwide). Unfortunately, we havent had a court rule on any of the important questions....are the patents valid, are they infringed, and did Q participate in the GPRS/EDGE standards bodies?
