I was thinking the same thing. I would bet dollars to donuts that there is a clause in the agreement that says if the ITC ban is overturned on appeal, or Vetoed the agreement is void as well.

June was a big month for CDMA in India with net adds over 1.9 million. Reliance was relatively stable QoQ with 1.165 million net adds but Tata accelerated from 349,000 new subs in May to 758,000 in June.
