Putin has a weapon far more powerful than nuclear bombs -- oil. Iran has oil. Iraq has oil. On the demand side, China needs oil -- lots and lots of oil. So do we, and so does Europe. Look to Russia in combination with Iran and whatever is left of Iraq to dominate oil in coming decades -- on their terms.
