Chris, another cause of so many frivolous lawsuits is the whole "victim" mentality here in America.

Everyone is a victim. Those who spill their hot coffee all over themselves are "victims." Same with those who bought into sky-high stock valuations, only to lose their bets. Or a black firefighter who had a prank played on him.

I repeat: Filing a lawsuit is as easy as walking off a cliff.

..and LOST! Looked like a FOOL doing it, didn't he? One can always find ridiculous examples, but they aren't representative. They make good yellow journalism though, for Fox News.


Did you hear "the FOOL" is appealing the ruling?
