Hi Pcyhuang...>>>Note especially the difference between "float" and "shares outstanding".<<<

What is the significance of this 5 million share difference?

If the Float is 49 millions share and the total shares are 54 million....then is the difference of 5 million shares held by the corporate treasury?

Thanks, Jerome

Re: AMH

Jerome: The significance is the difference between the following presentations:

Short % of Float 37.99 %

Your figure: "34.9% of shares outstanding are short"

In terms of the % of float figure, the potential of a short squeeze is even more apparent.
