koan, welcome back I'm glad all went well for you, as for giving pot to the terminally ill, I'm not against giving any damn thing that would make their last hours more comfortable, on the other hand I fear that there could be a tremendous amount of terminal cases popping up all over the place lol

Sounds like an idea - perhaps opiates could become the religion of the masses

'"It is BARBARIC---BARBARIC-------------BARBARIC-LOL - yes, Byrd's opposition to the continued existence of british columbian forestry communities is well known here, we are his 'white niggers' du jour

One fellow i knew had a badly cracked lower-neck vertebra from an accident in 1952, had intense pain for large periods of nineteen years, did traction under a heat lamp for hours every day, in 1969 he was asked if he wanted to be among the first experimental cases for replacement with a new part made out of nylon, there was risk but he said yes ... from the moment they put him under for the operation, he never had any more pain from that source, it was better than new he said ... modern medicine is great when it works, eh

Gold/usd - i plan to continue increasing percentage of gold/silver stocks, think there's a good chance we may have a buy opp coming up in which it is cheaper to do so ... reason being, the usd is right around critical support, and the powers that be will do all they can to bounce it a bit ... Slan's wgi.to/wgdff has become my largest PM play, somehow, just snuck up into that position, next is epm.to+wts

I agree with this. The only problem with opiates (at that stage) is constipation, but I think modern medicine can handle that. What's more, they (we) should be allowed to take as much as they want, up to and including OD.
