Trimmed a small amount of XOM today, put the proceeds into JNJ and a small add of C.

Still am looking at HSY, despite the fact that many here feel it doesn't pass the sniff test. And, I still believe it is inappropriate to compare a blue chip stock with a very strong global brand to mining or junior mining stocks, as good as they might be.
I'll get much more interested in HSY sub 45.

Good Morning

Bought BBY yesterday. PE is low historically. TV s changing out to high def starting in Jan 08. BBY will profit. I believe buying now and holding a year will yield a good profit.

Regards

Neil

I weaseled out of BJS during the short runup before the earnings report as it was clear they had not much good to tell near term. Watching to get back in. i think you are correct that it's a cheap option play on NG in North America. I put the funds into NBR which isn't doing much better. What i do like about them is that their Capex is winding down next year which means that they are going to be cash flow positive by a very significant amount. Hopefully BJS will be in a similar situation since the current capex sure does not earn a good ROI currently.

NG will come back in North America, it has to and both NBR and BJS should do well.
