A lot of reits look pretty good to buy right now. I just bought more HRP. P/FFO of $10/$1.16 = 8.6.

WSJ article july 16 states that the average reit trades at 17 x P/FFO.

Added a few shares of JNJ Johnson & Johnson at current levels. Stock is near its 52wk low of $59.87. Forward PE is 15 based on the analyst 2007 earnings estimate of $4.00/share. Company pays 2.7% dividend. Good international sales. My last purchase was 2/3/2006 at $57.
