Yes, we have a housing recession, house prices are giving back some of their huge gains. But does it mean that gasoline is going back down to a buck ? Is coffee at Starbucks going to go down to $1.50. Is the price of steak, eggs, milk or orange juice going to go down in my local market ? Will i be able to buy a brand new Toyota for 10 grand ? Will i be able to buy a waterfront/gulf access house with a pool in SW Florida for under 100K ? Where is the deflation that i want ? Where ? -g-
