Personally, I think the Dems in power are still trying to please everyone, a la Bill Clinton. Well, I am not sure there is necessarily anything wrong with that, assuming it was purely true. But I still don't hear the calls for abolition of abortion and gay marriage, nor the unsolicited god and guns proclamations. The dems are trying and failing to do what their constituents are asking them to do. Unfortunately the view is always better from the cheap seats. Al
