Home prices in parts of SW Florida back to prebubble levels again.. Just pockets of severe deflation where we had excess speculation and too much overcapacity.. This is nothing new. Just a different set of opportunities and the best of times for someone like me are coming.. What I've really learned from internet message boards is that the eternal doom and gloomers are folks who never get in the game or ever see the opportunities for themselves. The glass is half full or half empty much of the time.. I bet I can come on SI in 10-12 years and the same old BS will be going on only housing will have recovered dramatically, your cost of living will have doubled or tripled and your cost of capital to acquire assets will have risen dramatically as well.. You or I didn't make the rules only trying to play in this game.. I can see why so many end up losing. Between all the RE bubbleheads and the eternal doom and gloomers there aren't that many left to pick up the crumbs<g>
