"While the little wannabes can do damage, I think what we need to focus on are the big groups." Good point but at this time we don't have separate labels, so they all get to be Al-Qaeda. If you want to call some of them AQ-Lite, I don't mind but I also think Bush's comment was fair. I'm pretty sure the Pentagon has an inkling as to which ones are formal well trained members and which are lite. It is the Pentagon I want to trust to devote appropriate resources and strategem where needed, within reasonable bounds.
