Homebuilders. It seems that the smaller ones are approaching reasonably attractive valuations while the large ones are less attractive. I wonder if market expects the small ones to fail/go bankrupt, etc.

Is there a reason you single out PHM? It does not seem to be cheaper than other big hbs.

LPX might be an interesting alternative to getting into the homebuilder bloodbath. I will take a look at it. Thanks for a pointer.
