Everything I know and understand about the markets tells me that we still have about a 12-24 months of the bull rally and the last leg will be amazing and irrational. Everything thus far has been too rational.

However, and a big however, I am now ready to admit that there the light at the end of the bull tunnel is visible. I would want to see default rates tick up to a threshold and the volatility to be sustained before I'm ready to call it quits.

In other words, the jury is still out and I think the bears are going to have egg on their face this go-around. But I ain't catching a falling knife here, going to wait for some confirmation like an MACD cross. The magic number may be Dow 15,000...

My biggest fear is that this structured bid in credit has completely distorted all the old, reliable indicators.
