Are you vulture hunting in SW FLA yet or is it still too soon?

There's always a great return in playing the part of the guy with "strong hands" when the neophytes are going bust.

I always tell my clients if you don't feel a little sick to your stomach when buying a house you don't have a well developed enough self-preservation instinct to own one.

The same could be said for buying stocks.
