Sewell must be an absolute idiot to say what he said. Maybe he was misquoted. Maybe he was talking in terms of percentages of their "target number." But even that would be illegal.

Who says you can't have a pricing schedule on uP from qty 1 to 200M per year. Any customer would fall within that schedule.

Who says you can't have a pricing schedule for each customer or each size of customer?
