We're going from "slow witted" to "personal problem relating to ability".

You don't think some good people just have bad luck? Even temporarily? Some people have physical disabilities? Some people just reject materialism?

You don't think these people should be allowed to vote? Who is going to be "the voting judge"? And what happens if "the judge" decides that because you are not worth $10 Million you are dim witted and not qualified to vote?
