I’ll try to clarify my position again. I believe the right to vote by convicted felons should be forfeit and I believe welfare represents a conflict of interest when the recipient is a voter. The reasons for crime and poverty are endless, but our founders expected voting to be handled responsibly.

And what happens if "the judge" decides that because you are not worth $10 Million you are dim witted and not qualified to vote?

I think that happens more than we like to believe.
