Reasons? There are at least 10 justifications worth considering ... re: "What's the reason given for that further delay?" 10. Def Sylver still unclear about 'why' the name badges are different colours and 'who' actually gets to ask the questions. 9. Kuhns/Antibash's sister (who is a real good lawyer, you know) wants real money this time for her fee, not a "Hot Las Vegas" stock tip. 8. Jury selection delayed --- propective candidates unable to distinguish between failed boxer's artwork as "Court Room Sketch(?)" or simply a heinous crime scene committed on canvas. 7. Def's private investigators still hot on trail of a 'Janice' ... any 'Janice', some 'Janice' somewhere located near Sacramento, within a 7500-mile radius, give or take a few time zones. 6. Local natives still examining shiny mirrors and Coca-Cola refreshments for fair exchange value of popular South American powdered goods. DEA and/or US Customs jurisdictional arguments pending. 5. Slyver requires continuation of case to take "Accounting Terms 101 -- Cash Flow?" remedial course. 4. "Calamari Charlie" orders completely different lunch at witness stand, thus confusing Def's cross-exam regarding events occuring on a 'Wednesday' or a 'Friday' . 3. Still seeking the cheeseburger chef's connection, "What's this have to do with gems, anyway? Nothing(!). ". 2. "Self-Appointed 'Safe as GRAS' Status" FDA paperwork forms remains pending. OR 1.
